  • Job Summary:

This role involves leading and executing SAP payroll implementation projects, collaborating with clients to understand their business needs, and configuring the SAP system to meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP payroll modules and possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead SAP payroll implementation projects from initiation to successful completion.
  • Work closely with clients to analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP system configurations.
  • Configure and customize SAP payroll modules to align with business processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Support data migration activities, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Provide expertise and training to client teams on SAP payroll processes and system usage.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving post-implementation issues to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Document configurations, processes, and project outcomes for future reference and auditing purposes.
  • Stay up to date on SAP updates and industry trends to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of SAP payroll with other system modules.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team members and facilitate training sessions as needed.
  • Support organizational and system changes ensuring payroll processes remain intact and compliant.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP Payroll implementations and consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll and cross module integration including configuration and customization.
  • Experience with SAP HCM, time management, and other related modules.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • SAP certification in Payroll or HCM is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary.
