Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Support users with account setup, login troubleshooting, identity verification, and transaction-related issues
- Identify technical problems and offer clear, effective resolutions
- Handle each customer interaction with empathy, patience, and a focus on solutions
- Communicate clearly and respectfully to foster strong customer relationships
- Follow internal procedures and quality standards to ensure a consistent support experience
- Share insights and suggestions to help refine support practices and improve customer satisfaction
- Fluent in French (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
