We are currently looking for Tech Lead - Flutter (Mobile) Responsibilities: Lead Flutter mobile app development across Android and iOS.Architect scalable, maintainable, and performant mobile solutions.Mentor and guide Flutter developers; conduct code reviews.Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.Ensure code quality, testing, and CI/CD integration.Stay updated with Flutter/Dart trends and best practices.Manage technical risks and project timelines.Requirements: 5+ years in mobile development, 2+ years with Flutter.Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter architecture, and state management.Experience with REST APIs, Firebase or AWS Amplify, and mobile security.Familiarity with native Android/iOS is a plus.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Location: Braga, Coimbra, or Lisbon.
The working model will be hybrid.
