As a Product Specialist, you will be working on Richemont automated Material Management activities under the responsibilities of the Process Development team. Your main objectives will be to:
- Enforce best practices for managing engineering materials
- Define solution roadmap with the Product Owner
- Secure solution integration within Richemont IT landscape (Ansys Granta, PLM, ERP)
- Secure solution run and support via proper organization set up
- Set up and maintain the new Richemont Material Digital chain
- Supervise & Translate business needs with Product stakeholders for the maintenance and evolution of systems
- Write the specifications for change requests to allow the development of the expected functionalities with Product owner
- Secure gathering and usage of Material data produced in Ansys Granta system with Business, Compliance and IT stakeholders
- Document & Ensure functional consistency of inter-application interfaces with business processes and technologies used
- Daily support for the Product development teams
- Coordinate update actions, version upgrades
- Provide training to the business Key Users
- Manage and monitor the backlog of incidents
- Challenge the Material enhancement request
- Release management
- Bachelor’s Degree related to Computer Software / Computer Engineering.
- Dual IT and business skills in the field of product development will be appreciated with a minimum of 5 years' experience in this field in one or more companies in the Luxury sector.
- Understanding of software development life-cycles, including object oriented environments, Agile and Scrum models as well as rapid prototyping in an industrial environment on innovative components.
- Experience working with materials science and/or materials engineering
- Good understanding of the engineering design process using CAD, PLM and ERP ecosystems such as Creo, Windchill and SAP
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL database, cloud storage services a plus.
- Experience with REST APIs, Queue Messaging, Event Driven architecture.
- Programing skills in Python, C and C++ would be a strong plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
- Project Management (Agile, PMI, Waterfall)
- Ansys Granta Solution software knowledges would be strong plus
