What You’ll Do
As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will:
Total Rewards
- Support the design and implementation of total rewards initiatives, ensuring fairness and market competitiveness.
- Drive compensation cycles, budgeting, forecasting, and salary structure activities.
- Conduct market survey analysis, data analytics, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Support and develop pay equity initiatives, including the preparation of regular reports and analyses to ensure transparency and alignment with fair compensation practices.
- Administer employee benefits and develop communication strategies to promote engagement.
- Collaborate on job architecture — including maintaining job descriptions and grading structures.
- Assist with performance management processes, supporting managers and driving employee productivity.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Total Rewards
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Other with specialization in Information Systems or Data Analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in English Language is a must
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
