We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Specialist, Total Rewards, Benefits & Job Architecture to join our People Function team. What You’ll Do

As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will:

Total Rewards

  • Support the design and implementation of total rewards initiatives, ensuring fairness and market competitiveness.
  • Drive compensation cycles, budgeting, forecasting, and salary structure activities.
  • Conduct market survey analysis, data analytics, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Support and develop pay equity initiatives, including the preparation of regular reports and analyses to ensure transparency and alignment with fair compensation practices.


Employer Benefits

  • Administer employee benefits and develop communication strategies to promote engagement.


Job Architecture

  • Collaborate on job architecture — including maintaining job descriptions and grading structures.


Performance Management

  • Assist with performance management processes, supporting managers and driving employee productivity.


What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Total Rewards
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Other with specialization in Information Systems or Data Analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in English Language is a must
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
