We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team in Faro. The successful candidate will give support to the business in Portugal and Cape Verde working closely with our Shared Service Center in Palma. The role will have a strong focus on supporting along our employee lifecycle. From HR we have the mission to give support to our employees from recruitment to retirement, reinforcing our sense of social community (we are more than a group of people working together; we share the MTS Globe values!).

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Identify the best sources and methods to locate the best candidates for our open positions according to key requirements (blogs, job boards, business networks, etc.). This includes creating job descriptions, publication of vacancies, screening, conducting interviews, create ad hoc candidates reports, etc.
- Ensure a warm and well-structured onboarding experience by organizing welcome sessions, collaborating with managers to implement specific onboarding plans, providing the necessary tools and conducting regular follow-ups to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture and role.
- Help to identify the training needs, develop and implement effective learning programs (in-hose or external) promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Support any social community initiative along the destinations reinforcing our company values and the team spirit.
- Coordinate the preparation of payroll, employment contracts, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and country legal requirements.
- Prepare, analyse and present HR reports to support company decisions.
- Provide assistance and support to the management team in preparing contracts and other necessary legal documentation.
- Any other task as required.
- HR professional with 5 to 8 years' experience in an international environment, with a HR generalist role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint).
- High knowledge of Portuguese employment law and HR regulations
- Very high English and Portuguese (written and spoken). Additional languages would be a plus
- Good level of analytical, planning and organizational skills.
- Innovative and creative personality/mind-set, able to contribute with fresh ideas.
