Our designers seamlessly integrate design expertise, storytelling techniques, and data visualization skills to create presentations that deliver insights with clarity and impact.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As an Operations Specialist for workflow management you are the first point of contact in Creative Services for client teams and business partners for design requests and support. Your role is to actively scope and align on expectations for the work and assign to a designer for production.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As an Operations Specialist for workflow management you are the first point of contact in Creative Services for client teams and business partners for design requests and support. Your role is to actively scope and align on expectations for the work and assign to a designer for production.
What You’ll Do
- Support client teams and business partners to assess, prioritize and allocate resources for design requests
- Support design requests, ensuring expectations are aligned, and that design requirements are met within established deadlines and fast turnarounds for customers, according to Bain and client brand standards
- Autonomous and confident in balancing competing demands and making quick decisions
- Troubleshoot and problem solve workflow systems or process issues. Contribute ideas that improve workflow processes, systems and technology
- Accurately track project information, and timesheet data in accordance with department KPIs and service agreements
- You have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- You have professional fluency in written and spoken English
- You have excellent communications skills
- You have strong project management experience
- You have expert proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- You provide timely responses and route incoming work with thorough attention to every detail, no matter how small.
- You balance day-to-day requests with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, using team collaboration tools effectively and guiding junior team members in best practices, while flagging roadblocks as needed.
- You build and maintain customer-centric, trusting, and collaborative partnerships with stakeholders across all service delivery touchpoints, owning communication through tools and aligned processes.
- You excel both individually and in collaborative teams by creating and applying workflow guidance, while mentoring junior team members.
