The AI Factory is dedicated to advancing our management software through AI innovation. Our primary goal is to seamlessly integrate AI features into our product line, either by enhancing functionality and user experience or by recreating user workflows to take full advantage of AI technology.

What will you achieve?

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to play a key role in executing the integration of AI capabilities across our software portfolio. This position involves collaborating closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of AI technologies that drive customer value and support business goals.

As a Technical Product Manager, You Will

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and business analysts, to integrate AI features into software products.
• Capability Identification and Prioritization: Support the identification and prioritization of AI capabilities that enhance functionalities in areas like HR, Finance, and Management.
• Project Management: Manage the day-to-day execution of AI projects, monitoring progress and addressing challenges to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Market Research and Feedback: Conduct market research and gather user feedback to inform product improvements and identify opportunities for AI application.
• Communication and Analysis: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of AI features.
• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with experience in AI/ML technologies being a plus.
• Product Management Expertise: Previous experience in product management or a related role, focused on technology execution and delivery.
• AI Knowledge and Application: Understanding of AI principles and their application in business management software, especially in HR, Finance, and related domains.
• Organizational and Communication Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with excellent communication abilities to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical and Agile Experience: Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making and experience in agile environments, with proficiency in relevant project management tools.
