The Operations Icare BU Manager’s mission is to support the team leaders of the scope in reaching the Activities’ Objectives, notably in terms of operational efficiency and client satisfaction. He/she also monitor & ensure the proper management of local topics, including business-transversal ones, but also HR and staff-related.

Your Future Mission
- Contribute to the successful implementation of the clients’ and Cardif Support’ roadmaps, by supporting managers in their deployment.
- Support the Operations team leaders who are responsible for the service delivery of assigned operational activities in line with KPIs and service level agreement
- Guarantee an adequate activity and performance monitoring, resource recruitment, allocation and scheduling, and technical means assessment to meet the demands and business goals
- Lead and manage the staff under her/his responsibility to ensure strong employee engagement towards objectives set
- Share and promote Corporate Values as well as the Positive Management spirit; Contribute to providing a work environment in which each employee is treated with respect and dignity and ensure the best conditions to act on staff wellbeing and motivation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement & transformation strategy of the activities, and guarantee the right level of leadership in the change management.
- Advanced degree, ideally a Master or MBA, with proven Management experience in complex and fast paced companies
- Knowledge/experience in service delivery, KPIs and budget monitoring
- Capacity to identify, alert and prevent risks related to global framework of service delivery
- Knowledge of the automobile industry would be a big advantage
- Minimum B2 level in French & English is mandatory, other languages are also a strong plus
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate stakeholders in a cross functional environment;
