Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 20:00 (Rotational)
• Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 to 17:00
• Rotational 2 days off
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social channels
• Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels
• Respond to customer escalations and document relevant case information
  
  

Salary & Benefits

• €1100 per 14 months
• Additional bonuses:
• €120 per 12 months
• €135 per 12 months
• Daily meal allowance: €7.23
• Monthly allowance: €20
• Free apartment room with rent of €280 for 12 months (deducted directly from payslip)
• Reimbursement of airfare up to €400 in Economy class on the 6th month
• Technical Customer Support role with opportunities for growth
• Preferable experience in customer support
• 6-month contract with possibility of extension
• On-site work
