A leading European logistics technology provider is establishing a new IT Infrastructure team in Portugal. This role is centered around system integration, production operations, and DevOps middleware support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production and non-production environments to ensure smooth operation.
- Manage Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets, perform diagnostics, and apply standardized resolution procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external service providers.
- Maintain and support operational environments, develop dashboards, and ensure thorough documentation.
- Participate in automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in IT support (L1/L2).
- Solid understanding of Linux (RHEL), scripting (Bash, PowerShell), and monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Centreon).
- Experience with ELK/Grafana stack, VMware, Apache, Tomcat, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Python.
