We are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to lead small-scale yet high-impact technology projects within the energy sector. This role requires strong project coordination abilities, technical acumen, and a strategic mindset to manage change initiatives and ensure seamless integration across systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage small-scale IT projects, including defining scope, resource planning, team coordination, and timeline control.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of Cross Change Requests: from analysis and planning to execution, testing, and final delivery.
• Evaluate the technical and functional impacts of proposed changes, ensuring alignment with all relevant stakeholders and departments.
• Promote and enforce best practices in IT governance and Change Management.
• Continuously monitor and update project status, proactively managing open tasks, risks, and issues to keep initiatives on track.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management roles.
• Solid understanding of Information Systems and their governance.
• Proven experience in implementing systems with strong middleware integration.
• Background in system integration projects involving multiple platforms is highly valued.
• Previous experience in consulting environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Jira/Confluence, Power BI, and other project-related platforms.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
