Senior Product Marketing Manager - Seamless Travel & Digital Identity Solutions
Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager Product Marketing to lead our Product Marketing Management (PMM) team focusing on the Seamless Travel and Digital ID product suite of our portfolio for Airports, Airlines, etc. in the airport ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for the Seamless Travel and Digital ID products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Work in close collaboration with the Market Intelligence team to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and adjust product marketing plans accordingly.
- Focus on Product Life Cycle (PLC) deliverables, ensuring timely and successful product launches, updates, and end-of-life processes. This requires working in close collaboration with the PM team.
- Drive the creation and communication of compelling value propositions, clearly articulating the benefits and unique selling points of our products and product suite.
- Calculate and analyze the value delivered to customers, using data-driven insights to enhance product positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and effective product marketing efforts.
- Develop and deliver sales enablement tools and training to equip the sales team with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively sell our products.
- Develop and deliver marketing collateral content to equip the marketing team with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively promote our products.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field;
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing, product management or portfolio management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role;
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to express the maximum value from the AirOps portfolio and how to communicate it;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;
- Proven experience in the travel and/or digital identity sectors is highly desirable;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
