As a Paynest Sales Account Executive, you will play a key role in achieving Paynest’s growth objectives. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new commercial and strategic opportunities.

In this role, you will be in the front-line of Paynest's growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new commercial opportunity generation across different channels (partnerships, account management, sales optimisation)
  • Work hand in hand with Paynest leadership and country team to identify and execute new strategic and commercial initiatives
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets
  • Quickly adapt to external market changes and to internal product updates and new strategies.


Ideal Profile

  • Fluent in both English and your local market’s language (additional languages a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and process driven
  • Highly motivated and results-driven
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment
