We're hiring a Platform Engineer to build and continuously improve the internal platform and tooling that power our engineering teams. You will design, automate, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, craft reliable CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and containerize services with Docker. Job Summary
We're hiring a Platform Engineer to build and continuously improve the internal platform and tooling that power our engineering teams. You will design, automate, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, craft reliable CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and containerize services with Docker. If you love reducing developer friction, automating everything, and working in a high-impact fintech environment, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub Actions, ensuring fast, reliable deployments.
- Containerize applications with Docker and manage image repositories & runtime environments (ECS/Fargate or similar—no Kubernetes required).
- Automate environment provisioning, configuration, and secrets management.
- Collaborate with development teams to define best practices for build, test, and release workflows.
- Implement logging, metrics, and alerting to ensure platform observability and rapid incident resolution.
- Drive cost-optimization, security hardening, and performance tuning across cloud resources.
- Document platform architecture, tooling, and runbooks for internal teams.
- 3 + years of experience in DevOps, Platform, or Cloud Engineering roles.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS services (EC2, ECS/Fargate, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Proven production experience with Docker (building, tagging, scanning, running, and troubleshooting containers).
- Strong knowledge of Jenkins and GitHub Actions—pipeline authoring, shared libraries, and maintenance.
- Fluency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Bash, Go, etc.).
- Solid grasp of networking, Linux administration, and security best practices.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating with developers.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a "automate-everything" mindset.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
