What You´ll Do
- Customer Order Entry and other order processes in SAP
- Contact with Customers regarding orders, re-schedulling, availabilities and documentation
- Support doing Reports to check incidences and improve processes
- Supports processes/operations of the Customer Services Henkel team
- Complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations
- Degree in Economics or Management
- Very good knowledge of English, basic knowledge of Spanish
- Excellent computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Good analytical and creative skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills willingness to work in a team
- Internships would be an advantage.
