What You´ll Do

  • Customer Order Entry and other order processes in SAP
  • Contact with Customers regarding orders, re-schedulling, availabilities and documentation
  • Support doing Reports to check incidences and improve processes
  • Supports processes/operations of the Customer Services Henkel team
  • Complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations

What makes you a good fit

  • Degree in Economics or Management
  • Very good knowledge of English, basic knowledge of Spanish
  • Excellent computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Good analytical and creative skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills willingness to work in a team
  • Internships would be an advantage.
