Position Summary

As a Supplier Quality Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring that supplied materials meet the required technical and quality standards, supporting supplier quality engineering (SQE) activities. Reporting to the Supplier Quality Manager, you will:

Your Role

• Support SQE activities, particularly in containment actions related to supplier issues;
• Verify that incoming materials meet technical specifications and quality requirements;
• Inspect raw materials upon arrival at the factory;
• Monitor production and warehouse stock when non-conformities are detected;
• Support on supplier complaints, collecting defective materials and preparing return documentation.
• Perform transactions in SAP (QM module);
• Coordinate rework activities, ensuring quality standards and production continuity;
• Maintain and update the defective materials database on a weekly basis;
  
  

Your Background

• Previous experience in quality;
• Knowledge of SAP; Technical or higher education in Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality, or related fields;
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities;
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
