Position Summary
As a Supplier Quality Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring that supplied materials meet the required technical and quality standards, supporting supplier quality engineering (SQE) activities. Reporting to the Supplier Quality Manager, you will:

Position Summary
As a Supplier Quality Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring that supplied materials meet the required technical and quality standards, supporting supplier quality engineering (SQE) activities. Reporting to the Supplier Quality Manager, you will:
Your Role
- Support SQE activities, particularly in containment actions related to supplier issues;
- Verify that incoming materials meet technical specifications and quality requirements;
- Inspect raw materials upon arrival at the factory;
- Monitor production and warehouse stock when non-conformities are detected;
- Support on supplier complaints, collecting defective materials and preparing return documentation.
- Perform transactions in SAP (QM module);
- Coordinate rework activities, ensuring quality standards and production continuity;
- Maintain and update the defective materials database on a weekly basis;
- Previous experience in quality;
- Knowledge of SAP; Technical or higher education in Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality, or related fields;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities;
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
