This role will focus on configuring alerts, building and optimizing dashboards, and ensuring full compliance with environment policies and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership from day one: analyze existing services and independently implement configuration changes; Lead the development andoptimization of observability tools, including dashboards and alerting in Datadog; Ensure compliance with our internal environment policies and support adherence to our service rulebook; Collaborate with teams to uplift observability maturity and ensure alignment with best practices; Contribute to end-to-endtesting initiatives to maintain high service quality; Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members in observability and DevOps areas.RequirementsStrong experience in fullstack development, ideally with Java, React, and AWS; Proven expertise in DevOps practices and observability tools, particularly Datadog; Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; If you are interested inthis opportunity, please apply or send an email to ****** this is not for you, but you are interested in similar positions or know someone who might be a fit, feel free to send us their CV/profile through a message or email!Boost IT Doing IT.
