With a strong presence in Portugal, we are committed to delivering value through expertise, collaboration, and agility.We are currently looking for a ServiceNow System Administrator to join our team and support one of our international clients in a long-term project.As a ServiceNow System Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, performance, and integrity of the CMDB while supporting ITSM implementation.

You'll also drive process improvements and support strategic automation efforts.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and improve CMDB health and structureReview and optimize configuration attributes, CIs, flows, teams, etc.Prepare the CMDB for ITSM implementation within ServiceNowPropose and implement automation solutionsManage system documentation and coordinate platform upgradesMonitor instance performance and troubleshoot issuesAdminister roles, permissions, groups, and user accessDeploy update sets from development environmentsConfigure notifications, alerts, and scheduled reportsDesign and maintain standard data load templatesProvide training to business users and stakeholdersGeneral Skills:5+ years in a similar CMDB/System Admin roleBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceDeep understanding of CMDB modules and ServiceNow architectureFamiliarity with ITSM practicesNice to Have:Experience with automation in IT processesKnowledge of ServiceNow upgrade processesExperience in user training and documentationInterested?Send your application to ****** with the subject ServiceNow System Administrator.
