Main Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and improve the support process through the implementation of automation tools.
- Monitor software management using automation tools to ensure optimal system performance.
- Manage infrastructure with tools like Ansible and Terraform.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science or related fields (certifications and professional experience are valued).
- Experience:
- Experience with Azure is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring software and automation tools.
- Proficiency with version control systems such as GitHub and GitLab.
- Experience with scripting in Bash and Python.
- Availability: Must be available to provide 24×7 services and travel within Portugal.
- Language Proficiency: Good knowledge of English.
