We are recruiting a Product Manager Assistant for a multinational technology company. Responsabilidades - Lead product and business planning processes, supporting the smartphone business through strategic analysis and operational execution; - Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings to identify differentiation opportunities and inform product strategies; - Define product requirements and develop programs to ensure alignment with market expectations and business objectives; - Develop, implement, and maintain go-to-market strategies, including product launches and communication plans; - Manage the full product lifecycle: conduct market research, analyze competitors, plan positioning, define roadmaps, and coordinate launches; - Translate product strategy into actionable plans for sales, marketing, and communication teams; - Create structured and visually appealing presentations adapted to different stakeholders and strategic themes; - Collaborate with procurement, marketing, and sales teams to balance resources and ensure effective product development and execution; - Analyze market data to shape sales strategies and define product goals for effective marketing communication; - Support the organization in achieving business success through cross-functional coordination and strategic alignment. Requisitos - Licentiate degree or higher education in a relevant field; - Previous experience in a similar role; - Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus); - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; - Knowledge and interest in technology and/or FMCG sectors; - Strong skills in developing and delivering product marketing strategies; - Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities; - Excellent presentation creation and delivery skills; - Capability to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; - Ability to help define strategies and align different teams toward common goals.
