This role is a full time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:00 hrs.

What You Will Enjoy Doing
- You will lead the development and implementation of our B2C digital strategy across all target markets, with primary focus on webshop optimization, traffic generation, and conversion rate improvement
- Moreover you will design and execute innovative programs to enhance long-term value creation from our existing patient base, developing deeper relationships and addressing unmet needs
- In addiction, you have to build and manage a high-performing B2C team, developing talent and establishing clear KPIs to measure success across all digital channels
- Also you will collaborate closely with local sales managers and country heads to ensure integration between B2C initiatives and market-specific requirements, fostering strong strategic partnerships
- Furthermore you will identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through digital channels, including product expansion, service enhancements, and digital health solutions
- Additionaly you will establish effective digital marketing strategies to expand market reach, increase brand awareness, and attract new patients to our services
- Oversee the e-commerce P&L, including budget planning, expense management, and revenue forecasting, ensuring profitable growth
- Stay current with digital trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements across all territories to ensure our digital strategy remains cutting-edge and compliant
- You will actively participate in digitalization and task automation process, contributing to the company´s evolution towards digital transformation
- You have a bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent advanced degree highly preferred
- Moreover you have 8+ years of experience in digital commerce and B2C, with demonstrable success in growing B2C channels
- You are proficient in Digital marketing across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email). Advanced e-commerce expertise including platform management, conversion optimization, and digital analytics
- In addiction you have experience in healthcare, medical devices, or related consumer health industries preferred
- Also you have proven track record of developing strategies to maximize customer lifetime value
- You have financial acumen with P&L management experience
- You are fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Portuguese, Spanish, French, German or Italian
- Are you ready to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project
- You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation
