Language Requirements
- German C2 level (native or near-native proficiency)
- English B2 level (intermediate proficiency
- Rotating shifts (24/7 operation), Monday to Sunday
- 2 rotating days off per week
- Full remote working model (after initial training if applicable)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential
- Passionate about customer service and delivering high-quality support
- Comfortable working on a rotational shift schedule
- Experience in customer support is a strong plus (automotive, mobility, or tech sectors preferred)
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems and tools
- Thrive in remote and multicultural work environments
