We are looking for a Business Continuity Officer Trainee to join the our Business Operations Team. The position will be based in Porto and you will report to the Head of Shared Services.

Strong analytical, risk and project management and communication skills are important to succeed in this role, in a multi-cultural and multi-location environment servicing local and international clients.
As a Business Continuity Officer, you will further develop and maintain our Business Continuity policies and procedures, prepare and run Business continuity exercises and lead the implementation of any changes required to have a dynamic and robust Business Continuity model across all CSDs of the group.
Key Accountabilities
Maintain the Business Continuity Plan for the 4 CSDs.
Update and maintain the inventory of the critical business functions and services.
Update and maintain the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) for each CSD
Update and maintain the risk scenario inventory for each CSD
Based on the BIAs and the risk scenarios, maintain and update the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
Ensure that the testing of Simple Notification Service(SNS), crisis management, disaster recovery, business continuity and insolvency plans is regularly performed and ensure improvement actions are implemented for all the CSDs.
Ensure that Business Continuity training is scheduled and delivered in a timely manner.
Update and maintain the Business Continuity procedural corpus for all the CSDs.
Provide input to the local Business Continuity Managers for the annual Business Continuity report to the local Management and Boards of Directors
Participate in the Business Continuity meetings as the representative of the Euronext Securities Business Continuity Managers.
Liaise with Group Business Continuity Manager, as well as Risk and Compliance departments for all Business Continuity related management items.
Report regularly to the Euronext Securities Business Continuity Managers progress and status updates.
Authority to carry out operations and assignments in the field of Business Continuity for all the CSDs.
Escalate Business Continuity matters to the local Business Continuity Managers that cannot be resolved.
Escalate issues that may cause a significant risk to the operations or key issues that are not prioritized by the local Business Continuity Manager.
Your Profile
Knowledge of Business Continuity.
Eligible for an IEFP Level VI Internship
Interest and high level knowledge in the end-to-end post trade value chain.
Where possible, knowledge of the overall Euronext Securities product portfolio and corresponding services and applications.
Strong team player and strong communication skills (written/oral).
