About The Job

• The Quant Analyst – Risk Leasing Solutions’ mission is to be responsible for successfully carrying out initiatives within the transformation and modernization program of the credit granting platform "DMM Further" and the RISK Innovation program
• BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions (BPLS) is a brand of the BNP Paribas Group specializing in leasing financing solutions for equipment for professionals and businesses/companies
• Within the BPLS RISK Granting Tribe, the Corporate Decision-Making Models (DMM) team is responsible for designing, in close collaboration with local Risk Departments and local and Corporate Business Units, Decision Support Systems (Decision Making Models) to streamline and automate the granting of credit requests made by businesses or professionals
  
  

Your Main Activities Are

• Reporting and monitoring of the performance KPIs (Python, SQL, and PowerBI)
• Analysis and back-testing of our credit granting decision support systems (SQL, Python, Dataiku)
• Exploring innovative methodologies, such as statistical modeling, machine learning, or AI; new data such as transactional data or Open Banking type data, for example; and, data visualization and data preparation
• To improve the automation of credit granting decision-making while maintaining credit risk under control
• Contribute to the standardization and sharing of best practices between countries and participate in the animation and planning of rituals of the user community of our tools and models
  
  

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics / Statistics or related
• At least 2 years of experience in RISK Function / Quant Analyst or similar
• Advanced level of English, both written and oral
• Knowledge in
• Python
• SQL
• PowerBi
• MS Office Excel
• Ability to deliver / results driven
• Ability to collaborate / teamwork
• Analytical ability
• Communication skills, both written and oral
