Job Summary
Keyrus is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead and coordinate an ongoing data transformation program built on Azure. You will be responsible for guiding multiple Agile teams working on parallel data-related projects, ensuring consistent Agile delivery and continuous improvement across the program.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong Agile coaching, delivery focus, and coordination across stakeholders and workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and delivery ceremonies for multiple cross-functional teams
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices
- Manage delivery timelines and scope across 4–5 parallel projects (within the same or different customers)
- Work closely with data engineers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility
- Coordinate dependencies and priorities across streams using Jira or similar Agile delivery tools
- Facilitate risk management, unblock teams, and ensure continuous delivery flow
- Report progress, blockers, and KPIs clearly in English to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with the client and delivery team onsite in Amsterdam during periodic visits
- 5+ years of proven experience as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead in data and analytics environments
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile metrics (velocity, burn-downs, etc.)
- Experience delivering Data Marts, DWH, Data Lakes, and modern analytics platforms (preferrable Azure)
- Familiarity with Power BI and/or Qlik dashboards in business use cases
- Strong experience using Jira / Confluence / DevOps for managing delivery
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to the client site in Amsterdam
- Fluent in English
- Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
