We are currently recruiting a Business Analyst for one of our clients, a multinational leader in the Information Technology sector, based in Lisbon. The company hiring you:

• Multinational company in the IT sector with a strong presence in Portugal and abroad.
  
  

What will be important to succeed in this role:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields (e.g., Business, Management, IT, Engineering);
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (mandatory);
• Experience in Banking, Retail, Energy, or other regulated sectors;
• Exposure to automation projects (experience in RPA is a plus, but not mandatory);
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
• Previous experience as a Business Functional Analyst or in a mixed BA/PM role is highly valued;
• Certifications such as IIBA or PMI are a plus;
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical requirements, and support project delivery from planning to execution.
  
  

Your future responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements across different departments;
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications;
• Participate in project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication;
• Support process automation and improvement initiatives;
• Bridge the gap between business and technical teams to ensure alignment;
• Monitor progress and support change management activities.
