dynamic, professional, and internationally oriented atmosphere.

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team, this role will be focused

on improving customer experience by offering the best delivery experience.

Your Challenge And Responsibilities

  • Ensure that delivery orders are managed and executed on time most efficiently with the highest quality standards.
  • Proactively monitor customer shipments to identify, record, address, and prevent

potential issues.

  • Proactively resolve any potential issues that impact customer experience and

delivery performance.

  • Provide customers with up-to-date accurate information regarding their shipments.
  • Escalates possible issues or deviations promptly.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service, by responding promptly to customer

queries in line with the required processes and service level agreements.

  • Provide continual, proactive, and accurate customer information.

Your Profile

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in

English. Additional Language Would Be An Advantage.

  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing

priorities simultaneously

  • Should be creative with qualitative problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about delivering a first-class customer service experience
  • Customer-obsessed & strong communication skills to deliver accurately
