Car Rental Return Agent (M/F)

Location: Faro, Algarve.

Schedule: Monday to Sunday (day and night) divided in 4 work shifts with 10 hours and 2 days off.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring an impeccable customer service;
• Taking over the rented vehicles from our customers;
• Carefully completing the return contract;
• Checking the state of the vehicle in order to identify potential damages;
• Registering the damages and incurring the amounts from the customers;
• Requesting a review from the customers regarding our services.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
• Mandatory driving license (B category)
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English
• Hardworking, ambitious, extroverted, and integrity-driven personality
• Excellent customer service skills, along with attention to detail
• Strong communication, time management, teamwork, and computer skills
