CONTEXT

We are looking for a Unified Communication Engineer Group Real-Time Communication to assist the Richemont Unified Communications team in helping to streamline & deploy various products within our group Real Time Communication portofolio across Brands and Regions.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As a Unified Communication Engineer Group Real-Time Communication, You Will Help Us Streamlining And Deploying The Various Initiative, Tasks, Projects We Have In Our Real Time Communications Portfolio, While Adopting Our Agile Methodology With a Focus On The Following Products

• RTC-TOIP Environnement : Microsoft Teams TO-IP / Microsoft 365.
• SIP Gateway Traffic Manager: AudioCodes (Notions)
• Contact Center And Reception Calling assistant software.
• Live Events Solutions
  
  

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

• You have technical background in products part of our UC – RTC portfolio
• You have past experience in managing projects, tasks or initiatives in international and multicultural environment using Scrum Agile methodology .
• You are an excellent communicator and are rigorous, which will help you building bridges with our customers from our maisons and business stakeholders.
• You have knowledge towards Dashboarding through Power BI and Powershell scripting.
• You are fluent in English, French is a strong plus.
