Summary

Are you passionate about shaping the future of physical and digital product experiences? We’re looking for a highly skilled Industrial Designer to join our Lisbon-based team and contribute to the development of next-generation travel and identity solutions. You’ll work hands-on across the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, human-centered design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design Strategy & Execution

• Translate product strategy, brand identity, and user needs into compelling industrial design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX, and Marketing to ensure design excellence.
• Explore emerging materials, technologies, and manufacturing techniques through prototyping and design sprints.
  
  

Project Contribution

• Deliver high-fidelity 3D models, renderings, and prototypes for concept validation and production.
• Ensure consistency, usability, and visual integrity across all physical touchpoints and product lines.
• Support feasibility and manufacturability assessments in collaboration with engineering and production teams.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Participate in design reviews and contribute to stakeholder presentations.
• Advocate for the value of industrial design in enhancing user experience and product differentiation.
  
  

About The Ideal Candidate

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong portfolio showcasing impactful work across physical product categories.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Rhino, SolidWorks, KeyShot, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Mindset: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for innovation.
• Communication: Excellent collaboration and presentation skills.
