The Consultant will be part of the Cushman & Wakefield investment team and will be responsible for developing the client portfolio as well as executing investment mandates in the commercial real estate sector.

Profile

• Previous experience in the commercial real estate sector, preferably in investment project analysis and/or real estate transactions;
• Higher education in a relevant field;
• Strong communication skills and proactivity;
• High sense of responsibility, autonomy, and resilience;
• Fluency in spoken and written English;
• Proficiency in the Windows environment, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
