We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the assessment and redesign of business and technical processes for a digital transformation project in the Energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment and documentation of current business processes and technical solutions, covering both functional and technical design aspects.
• Identify and document obsolete systems, outlining the need for replacement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and document future-state business processes.
• Define and compile a detailed set of functional requirements for the future solution.
• Prepare the tender specification document to support the market consultation process.
• Assist in the execution of the market consultation, working closely with relevant internal stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in B2B solutions and/or loyalty programs.
• Formal training and/or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is highly desirable.
• Strong functional analysis skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, API integrations, and digital loyalty technologies (e.g., CRM, ERP).
• Proven experience with project management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing digital solutions in the Retail and Energy sectors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory.
