Accounts Receivable Specialist

What is expected in this role:

• Management and control of accounts payable and receivable;


• Analysis and reconciliation of customers and suppliers’ accounts;


• Regular monitoring of customer and supplier ageing, ensuring compliance with defined payment terms;


• Close collaboration with the entities to ensure the gathering and availability of necessary supplementary information;


• Support in monthly and annual accounting closings.

What are we looking for (knowledge, skills and abilities):

• Degree in Management, Accounting, or related fields;


• Experience in similar roles (valued);


• Experience with PHC ERP systems (valued);


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (mandatory);


• Fluency in English (mandatory).


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;


• Ability to thrive both as an individual contributor and as part of a team;


• Good communication and interpersonal skills;


• Ability to work under pressure and towards a goal.
