Are you a dynamic HR professional with a passion for international collaboration? Our international Group is looking for an HR Business Partner to play a key role in the development of our team and business strategies across Portugal and 3-4 other countries in or outside Europe.
The successful candidate has strong advisory and interpersonal skills, is motivated to get things done, shows a hands-on approach, and is keen on working in an international team. You will have a key role in identifying and satisfying the needs of man agement and employees as well as implementing different HR processes & programs in the business. You will be working closely with HR Operations and the HR Competence Center as well as your other HR Business Partner colleagues. In your daily business you are in continuous contact with the different managers in your perimeter as well as the Finance department. You will be supported by an HR Associate for administrative tasks.

Your Challenge
- Work closely with higher management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Consult with line management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
- Analyse trends and metrics within the HR department.
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
- Evaluate training programs.
- Advisory role on all HR topics like talent acquisition, non-performance, absence management, litigations.
- First point of contact for Labor Inspection, Health & Safety, lawyers, etc.
- Define and improve HR policies & processes.
- Legal & Administrative tasks: specific employment documents, collective agreements.
- CSR Reporting & Audits.
- Implementation of HR Programs & Projects (Talent Management, Employee Survey, Annual Review program, etc) in order to contribute to the growth and efficiency of the Redspher Group.
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 5 years working experience in HR.
- Knowledge of Portuguese labour law.
- Be able to work independently and you are a proactive teamplayer with an entrepreneur mindset.
- Customer-oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Solution-minded, analytical and able to work under pressure.
- Must speak and write fluent Portuguese and English, any other language like Spanish is a big advantage.
- Willing to travel (incidentally).
- Excellent use of IT tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office and preferably SAP SuccessFactors).
- Used to or willing to work in a dynamic decentralised and international organisation.
