Product Manager - Airport Products

If you bring experience in aviation or a passion for complex systems, we’ll help you apply that knowledge to meaningful, real-world challenges.
Key Responsibilities
We will enable you to:
- Develop clear value propositions and translate business challenges into product concepts and enhancements.
- Define product vision and strategy in alignment with business owners and stakeholders.
- Explore the competitive landscape and contribute to strategic product positioning with Product Marketing.
- Collaborate with third-party partners to define requirements and coordinate product evolution.
- Share product knowledge across teams to ensure alignment and mutual understanding.
- Work with customers to validate needs, co-design features, and prioritize development based on business value.
- Shape and maintain the product roadmap, coordinating timelines and priorities with internal teams.
- Work closely with R&D and operational teams to ensure consistent, end-to-end delivery.
- Participate in Agile events and, when applicable, take on the Product Owner or ART PM role.
- Ensure that released solutions meet user needs and readiness standards.
- Contribute to budget planning and resource allocation for your area of responsibility.
We’re here to support your success, and we’re looking for someone who brings:
- A background in the aviation sector (a strong advantage).
- Relevant experience as a Product Manager, ideally in environments involving complex systems.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across cultures and disciplines.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams on technically detailed products is helpful, but not required.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (a plus).
- Fluency in English.
