As a Customer Success Executive, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they achieve their goals using HiJiffy’s solutions. You’ll serve as their trusted advisor, helping them unlock the full potential of our technology and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Role Overview
As a Customer Success Executive, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they achieve their goals using HiJiffy’s solutions. You’ll serve as their trusted advisor, helping them unlock the full potential of our technology and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Proactive Engagement: Regularly check in with clients to review performance, offer strategic advice, and identify areas for improvement.
- Problem Solving: Handle client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure prompt resolutions.
- Upselling & Renewals: Identify upselling opportunities and guide clients towards contract renewals by showcasing the value of our solutions.
- Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, relaying insights to our product and development teams to help shape future updates.
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (both written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
- +2 years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client-Facing Roles.
- A background in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while paying close attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms.
