Reverse KYC Officer

About The Job

• The Reverse KYC Officer will have the mission to be responsible for the managing, analyzing and coordinating the queries of our counterparties via email or Swift KYCR and coordinate the completion of the Swift KYCR profiles worldwide
  
  

Your Main Activities Are

• Coordinate E2E reverse KYC by directly replying to the counterparties, by either redirecting them to the data source or by liaising internally with relevant stakeholders
• Identify the documents and information required to complete/update the counterparties’ KYC files
• Use all available and validated sources to collect documentation and information required; if necessary contact the correspondent RM or internal departments
• Monitor the activity of other BNP Paribas Teams worldwide in terms of completion of data and documents in the Swift KYCR platform and escalate if necessary
• Update the BNP Paribas Head Office profile on Swift KYCR, whenever necessary to comply with the local and international regulations
• Participate in client meetings if required
  
  

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Finance or Accounting
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Compliance or Legal related areas
• Fluent (C1-C2) level of English
• Client-focused
• Good communication skills (both oral & written)
• Ability to collaborate / teamwork
• Creativity and Innovation
• Problem solving
• Knowledge of Transversal Financial Markets
