4 years of experience as a Data Engineer;Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, including data transformation, modelling, metadata management, and workload optimization;Ability to implement robust and scalable ETL/ELT processes;Understanding of data lineage and experience ensuring full traceability of data flows and transformations;Experience working with real-time data and streaming technologies;Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data ingestion, cleansing, and aggregation needs;Skilled in maintaining data documentation (data dictionaries, definitions, dependencies, and source mappings);Strong knowledge of SQL and Python (data manipulation and automation);Hands-on experience with Pentaho Data Integration and Airflow (workflow orchestration);Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure Data services;Experience working with pipeline and workflow management platforms;Problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;Strong sense of ownership and delivery focus;Analytic professional, with critical thinking;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).We offer:No-term full-time contract;Health Insurance;22 days of paid vacation;4 extra days annually (Carnival, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Birthday);Meal Allowance on card (Coverflex);Referral Bonus;Special discounts and flex options;Training annual budget;A great team-oriented culture;Chance to become a part of a dynamically growing international company;Challenging projects giving the unique opportunity to grow and learn.Following the EU General Data Protection Regulation No.
