For the efficient transportation of passengers and goods, we combine specialization in automation and electrification by road and rail, rail vehicles, turnkey systems, consulting and consumer services.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our team!
As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, your main activities will be:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our team!
As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, your main activities will be:
- Assisting all recruiting processes, gaining new responsibilities throughout your internship;
- Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers;
- To create talent pipelines for current and future hires;
- You will learn to use our ATS system to its full potential;
- Searching & Interacting with potential candidates on professional networks and social media;
- You will be part of the onboarding of new employees, where you will share important information and guide them during the beginning of their journey.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field;
- Proficient level of both Portuguese and English language;
- Strong organizational capabilities;
- Agile approach and goal oriented
- Collaboration and team development skills
