Essential Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale projects.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, BPMN, requirements analysis, and tools like ARIS, Camunda, and BDD techniques (story mapping, personas, Gherkin).
• Knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous communication (e.g., Apache Kafka).
• Good Knowledge of English and Portuguese.
