As a Customer Project Manager in Nokia's CNS Market Services Europe Program Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge telecommunication projects across Europe.
You will lead project teams through all phases—from planning and execution to final delivery—ensuring alignment with customer expectations and internal standards. Collaborating closely with stakeholders such as Business Delivery Managers, Technical Managers, and external partners, you will cultivate strong relationships that drive project success.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Deliver customer projects and programs on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards for telecommunication operators.
- Lead project teams through all phases, from delivery approach identification to closure and handover.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage project communication, planning, and risk/change/opportunity management to ensure project success.
- Oversee and optimize financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting for assigned projects/programs.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during the sales process and throughout project execution.
- Ensure all project-related information is accurately maintained and compliant with relevant policies and tools.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and effective work environment.
You have:
- 10+ years of experience managing mobile telecommunication projects/programs in core network, 4G, and/or 5G.
- Strong accountability and ability to work independently in project management with minimal guidance.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and cross-cultural awareness.
- Solid understanding of project financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with a focus on senior management communication.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMI/PMP).
- Availability to travel within Europe, approximately 20% of the time.
- Experience with cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities during the sales process.
- Proficiency in project-related tools and repositories for maintaining project documentation.
- Good stress tolerance with a proven ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
