Descrição da Função

The Property Manager oversees a portfolio of high-end, short and mid-term rental properties, ensuring operational excellence, property care, and owner satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organised, and experienced in managing properties at scale. Property Standards & Preventative Care

• Ensure properties are kept in excellent condition year-round — both guest-ready and off-season
• Oversee the scheduling of routine checks (meter readings, mail collection, airing, etc.)
• Ensure utility payments, subscriptions, and essential services are maintained without disruption
• Approve and oversee preventative maintenance schedules and seasonal servicing Inventory & Admin Oversight
• Review and maintain accurate property inventories, delegating audits to the team as needed
• Sign off on re-stocking or replacement of items based on team reports
• Ensure record-keeping is accurate (e.g., keys, damages, maintenance logs, contractor access)
• Approve expenses and monitor budget adherence per property Contractor & Issue Management
• Manage relationships with key maintenance providers and tradespeople
• Oversee escalated maintenance issues, ensuring timely resolution and owner approval when necessary
• Authorise contractor access and supervise quality of third-party work through team reporting Process Optimisation & Reporting
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in how the team manages properties
• Report monthly on team activity, open issues, and property performance
• Work closely with the Operations Lead or General Manager to ensure strategic alignment Salary Liquid: 1300€ Per Month Localização
