About The Role

Objetivo da Posição
Estamos à procura de um/a Delegado/a de Vendas de OTR, que reportará diretamente ao Area Manager. Trata-se de uma posição localizada em Portugal.
Responsabilidades
- Alcançar os objetivos globais de vendas em unidades e rentabilidade para pneus OTR.
- Atingir o BGT de vendas em produtos de alta rentabilidade para OTR. Garantir o cumprimento dos objetivos de mix e crescimento em segmentos de valor no território de responsabilidade.
- Coordenar com o Area Manager para assegurar a implementação das prioridades estratégicas da Bridgestone South West em produtos OTR.
- Aplicar no terreno as políticas de vendas para promover o desenvolvimento do canal Retail em OTR. Propor e desenvolver planos de expansão das redes OTR Elite, em coordenação com o Area Manager e com o departamento de Produto. Apoiar o desenvolvimento da rede First Stop.
- Coordenar com os diferentes departamentos da Bridgestone para a aplicação das campanhas de marketing, desenvolvimento comercial, consultoria financeira e melhoria da qualidade dos pontos de venda no canal Retail.
- Aplicar métodos de venda consultiva que permitam desenvolver a proposta de valor dos produtos e serviços da Bridgestone para OTR. Gerir a carteira de clientes utilizando ativamente as ferramentas digitais específicas para desenvolver os negócios de OTR.
Educação, Mestrado, outras qualificações:
- Ensino superior
- Experiência no setor dos pneus (preferencial)
- Português, Espanhol e Inglês
- Orientação para o cliente
- Orientação para resultados
- Trabalho em equipa
- Capacidade para trabalhar com autonomia
