You will join an established team of world-class supply chain professionals who manage inventory investments to support our customer’s needs and exceed delivery expectations. The team manages inventory investments, demand & supply planning globally to ensure the right part is in the right place at the right time

Your Impact

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Services & Logistics Global Supply Planning Team. This is an Individual Contributor role, responsible for timely sourcing, replenishment, and balancing adequate levels of inventory within our Services Supply Chain to support customer needs, within budget.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain optimal levels of service inventory to meet customer demand throughout the life cycle of each product utilizing demand planning software
  • Source & deploy additional products to replenish inventory in a timely manner.
  • Proactively identify potential inventory shortages and place and expedite orders to mitigate risk
  • Perform root cause analysis for situations where inventory was not available
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service ethic
  • Partner with Customer Delivery Management team to support escalations
  • Make decisions on the purchase and movement of inventory with a strong consideration of cost and adhering to budget targets
  • Effectively collaborate with global stakeholders
  • Participate in projects & initiatives as required

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Service Supply Chain experience within a multi-national company
  • BS / MS degree or equivalent
  • Proven ability to handle multiple, high-importance priorities simultaneously
  • Practical knowledge of relevant supply chain tools will be viewed favourability, such as PTC Servigistics (SPM) & Oracle

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in IT industry preferred
  • Passionate, diligent, and attentive to detail
  • Exceptional analytical & problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work well with others and can communicate effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced work environment across multiple geographies and cultures.
