Mission: Ensure the reception of guests according to the standards of quality and consistency of service.

Welcome guests making them feel at home and special.Job Description:- Receive and greet the guest in a polite and warm manner; - Direct guests to theirrooms; - Transporting luggage to and from the rooms and/or designated bell area; - Provide information about the hotel as well as information regarding available services; - Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors; - Support reception whenever necessary.Requirements:- Previous experience in customer service; - Ability to work in a team; - Strong communication skills; - Strong sense of customer orientation; - Good appearance;-Driving license.Education/Professional Experience:- Academic degree/professional training in the Hospitality area (or similar); - Previous experience aswelcome team member (preferably).Language skills:- Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).Would you like to be part of the Hyatt Regency Lisbon team?
