E-Banking Support Officer - Uncertain Fixed Term Contract

About The Job

• Regional E-Banking (ReB) provides daily support of electronic trading platforms and application issues experienced by Clients Traders and Marketers. The E-Banking Support Officer works closely together with eCommerce Product (Digital Banking) and Business Development teams in order to optimize the systems and provide the best possible support for the users
  
  

Your Main Activities Are

• User enablement on single or multi-bank platforms (that includes creation, maintenance and removal of clients and the linked accounts and users)
• Support of high transactional volume e-trading applications (single or multi-bank) within Fixed Income (navigation, functional and basic technical support)
• Escalation and follow up of any system disruptions or user feedback
• Create and maintain articles within the related Knowledge Centers
• Assists on eCommerce Product Development projects and testing
• Creation and maintenance of support material, user guides, training manuals, etc.
• Provide trainings/demos to internal users or clients
  
  

Profile And Skills To Success

• Postgraduate in Economics, Finance or Accounting
• Relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations
• Fluent (C1-C2) level of English
• Skills in Office pack (namely in Excel)
