About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager DACH to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven ability to onboard new clients, and a knack for sharing insights and strategies with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales Growth:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing for independent hotels and small chains.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers in the hotel industry.
  • Deliver engaging demos and present tailored solutions to clients.
  • Overcome objections and close deals effectively.
  • Transition closed deals seamlessly to the onboarding team.

Market Expertise:

  • Maintain up-to-date resources for the UK & IRL markets, including forecasts, competitive intelligence, and a robust database of prospects.
  • Proactively share market insights and learnings with the team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.

Relationship Building:

  • Establish a strong personal network in the hospitality industry.
  • Represent the company at key events like ITB Berlin, networking with potential clients and partners.

Team Support and Strategy:

  • Support new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Contribute to refining outbound sales strategies tailored to the DACH market.

Key Qualifications:

Experience:

  • At least 4 years of professional experience, with 1-2 years in hotel tech SaaS B2B sales.
  • Proven success in selling to hotels and managing a full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Skills:

  • Strong outbound sales expertise with the ability to independently generate and close opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.

Market Knowledge:

  • Excellent understanding of the DACH hotel industry.
  • Fluent in German (mandatory) and English (mandatory). Additional languages are a plus.

Location:

  • Remote. Residing in GMT+1 is strongly preferred.
