We’re hiring a Mid-Level Project Manager to join a dynamic team driving telecommunications implementation initiatives in Lisbon or Porto.

Academic Background

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.

Requirements

• Proven background in Project Management (Waterfall methodology, PMP certification preferred) – mandatory
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager – mandatory
• Solid understanding of transmission technologies and telecommunications services (e.g., data and voice)
• Experience in managing project risks and constraints
• Skilled in coordinating communication between internal teams, partners, and stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and/or Spanish is a plus
• Top soft skills: Proactive, resilient, quick learner, collaborative, and strong problem solver
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage telecom implementation projects across all phases (validation, execution, and closure)
• Oversee change management processes
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and constraints
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with clients
