Job Description Summary

We are a global player in the field of renewable energies, which develops, designs, builds and manager plants that generate clean energy.

The HSE Corporate Coordinator reports to the HSE Corporate Manager and plays a key role in supporting the organisation’s global operations. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards, implementing and maintaining HSQE systems and documentation, and contributing to the digitalisation and continuous improvement of the HSE function.

Working in close collaboration with the HSQE Team, Operations, Contractors, and external stakeholders, the HSE Corporate Coordinator supports the safe and sustainable growth of the company by driving consistent and effective HSE practices across all projects and locations

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance teams across Nadara.
  • Monitor and analyse HSQE performance data and promote continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate HSQE reports.
  • Ensure consistency in incident reporting, investigation, and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Support the identification of hazards, and the evaluation and control of safety and environmental risks.
  • Monitor compliance with legal requirements and organisational standards in collaboration with Nadara’s teams.
  • Develop, review, and support the implementation of HSQE procedures and related documentation.
  • Contribute to the development of HSQE campaigns, toolbox talks, and awareness initiatives.
  • Ensure delivery of HSQE training to workers on relevant principles and practices.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with HSQE requirements.
  • Review and validate HSQE requirements within contracts.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new digital HSQE solutions.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure HSQE is integrated into the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of photovoltaic and wind farms.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Knowledge of HSQE European regulations, standards and legislation;
  • Knowledge of project management principles;
  • Experience with renewable energy technologies;
  • Dynamic, proactive, and well organized.
